What's the difference between the membership and the VOX Reset?+

The membership (US$249/month) is private studio training only — 4 sessions a week on a fixed schedule. The VOX Reset is a 90-day immersive experience with four personalized sessions a week, two high-protein meals a day, lodging at ApartaHotel Don Juan, recovery and meditation, laundry, terrace service and two experiences every two weeks. Reset pricing is confirmed after application.

Does the free first session replace the membership?+

No. It's a single session, held Thursdays at 5:00 AM, designed to introduce you to the method before you decide. It doesn't include ongoing coaching or a fixed weekly schedule — that's what the monthly membership is for.

What exactly does the 90-day VOX Reset include?+
